Prisma Signals ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Prisma Signals through Whop, Discord, email, or related services (the "Service"), how we use it, how we protect it, and what choices and rights you have.

1. Who We Are

Prisma Signals operates a paid digital product and Discord community that provides educational market analysis, signals, and consultancy related to stocks, stock options, forex, and cryptocurrencies.

When you use our Service, we and the platforms we rely on may automatically collect certain information, including:

2.3 Information from Third-Party Platforms

Whop: Account and transaction information needed to grant or revoke access to paid products
Discord: Account identifiers required to manage server roles, channel access, and community membership

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information only as needed to operate and improve Prisma Signals, including to:

Provide you with access to paid products, the Discord server, and member-only channels
Process purchases, subscriptions, and upgrades via Whop
Verify that your Discord account matches your active membership

Send service emails about billing, account updates, and marketing communications, new offers, and educational updates

Legal bases for processing (for users in the EEA/UK): We process your personal data based on (a) performance of our contract with you, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, (c) compliance with legal obligations, and (d) your consent, where required.

Service providers we use to run the business, such as Whop, Discord, email service providers, and analytics tools, solely to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf

Authorities or other parties if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety and that of our users

If our data-sharing practices change materially in the future — for example, by adding new third-party tools that access additional categories of data — we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, notify you or request your consent before using your information in new ways.

6. International Data Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. For example, if you are located outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our service providers operate.

7. How Long We Keep Information

Account and membership data: Kept while you are an active member and for up to 24 months after your membership ends, unless you request earlier deletion
Support and communication records: Retained for up to 36 months to improve service quality and for legal or security purposes
Log and security data: Retained for up to 12 months, or longer if required for an active investigation

When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be linked to you.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews — to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no online service or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your own accounts and devices secure, including your Discord account, Whop account, and email.

In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority as required by applicable law.

Prisma Signals is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it where appropriate.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on platforms and services operated by third parties, including:

Their handling of your information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review. We do not control how those third parties collect, use, or protect your information.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was most recently revised.

If we make material changes — for example, changes that significantly expand how we collect, use, or share your personal information — we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with the revised policy, you may close your account and request deletion of your personal information before the changes apply.

Your continued use of Prisma Signals after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy, provided you have been given reasonable notice as described above.
