IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PRISMA SIGNALS FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PRISMA SIGNALS FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US $100).
